IT Support Engineer — Logistics

Location: Ahmedabad (Narol)   |   Type: Full-time (45 hrs/week)

About the Role

Keep our office running: first-line tech support for users, devices, and apps across our logistics operations.

What You’ll Do

• Resolve tickets for Windows 10/11, M365, email, browsers
• Set up laptops/desktops, profiles, printers, network shares
• Support barcode/RF scanners and thermal label printers (Zebra)
• Install approved software; ensure updates/EDR are in place
• Basic LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN troubleshooting
• Document fixes and maintain asset/ticket records

What You Bring

• 1–3 years helpdesk/user support experience (logistics/manufacturing a plus)
• Strong Windows/M365 skills; printer/scanner know-how
• Basics of IP/DNS/DHCP and remote support tools
• Clear communication and solid follow-through
